Madison Square Garden / Penn Station Hotels

Standing as the pinnacle of sports and entertainment in New York is Madison Square Garden. Located in Midtown Manhattan, the Garden, or MSG, as many call it, is home to a number of New York sports teams and franchises. From the New York Knicks (NBA) and New York Liberty (WNBA), to the New York Rangers (NHL) there's hardly a sports season that goes by without a cheering crowd meeting at Madison Square Garden. In between seasons and games, Madison Square Garden also is host to boxing matches, plays, ceremonies, and the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus. Concerts performed by musical artists new and old are also regularly held at Madison Square Garden.

Beneath the arena of Madison Square Garden is the equally impressive Penn Station. Penn Station is well known for its railways, serving as commuter hub that connects New Jersey with New York, other outlying boroughs and neighborhoods, and even further lying destinations like Washington, D.C. and Boston via Amtrak service. In between trains, passengers may stop to shop or eat at any of Penn Station’s many stores, restaurants, and eateries.
